Prey - Was definitely spine chilling

I have to give it to Michael Crichton for this. I am not a big fan of him and I was apprehensive when I picked this book, but at the end of it, I loved this spine chilling thriller.

My love for computer programming saw a new life when I read this book with a complete new look at how programmers approach solutions. There is a lot of technical jargon in this book, but still manages to have you in rapt attention as you run through the pages. Worth a read, I must say!

Malice - Not bad but can't admit it

When my uncle told me it is a good read, I was thrilled and opened the book with high expectations. Expectations were what did me in. The style is awesome and gave me enough description to vision everything that happens in the book, but throughtout the book, I felt something was missing. When I finished the book, I was happy I did it, and told to myself, it was not a bad read.

Somehow it is better than that, because I am never able to convince myself that it is just a decent read. It is better than that, and on that note, I will give Robert Tanenbaum another try.
